Abstract

Educational quality is one of the main indicators of the success of the education system in producing quality human resources capable of adapting to current developments. The challenges of globalization and digital transformation require educational institutions to implement effective educational management to continuously improve educational quality. This study aims to analyze the implementation of educational management in improving educational quality. The study used a systematic literature review method by analyzing 21 scientific articles published during the 2022–2026 period and obtained from the Google Scholar database and accredited national journals. Articles were selected based on inclusion criteria that included relevance to educational management, educational quality, and digital transformation. Data were analyzed using content analysis techniques to identify themes, patterns, and relationships between concepts. The study results show that the implementation of educational management contributes to improving educational quality through five main dimensions: principal leadership, teacher professional development, curriculum management, school organizational culture, and the role of parents and the community. In addition, digital transformation strengthens the effectiveness of these dimensions through the use of digital learning platforms, data-driven decision-making systems, digitalization of school administration, and technology-based learning innovations. These findings demonstrate that digital transformation serves not only as a supporting tool but also as a strategic factor that strengthens the implementation of educational management in achieving better educational quality. This study provides a conceptual contribution regarding the relationship between educational management, digital transformation, and improving educational quality in the digital era.
